Associate Test Engineer
Performs relatively routine tasks related to the testing of raw materials, manufactured products or manufacturing processes. Evaluates manufacturer and customer specifications for use in Writing test procedures. Investigates and analyzes test failures. Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate. Designs test fixtures as needed to support projects. Provides assistance in the areas of productibility, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement. A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, and zero to two years experience is required.
Military training in related field is acceptable in lieu of educational requirements.
Preferred area of training is electrical – however, mechanical background will be considered.
Principal Quality Assurance Engineer
Defines and develops quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Reviews and evaluates complex in-process rejections and implements corrective action as needed. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information. Participates in and may lead audits. Provides management with feedback on inspection and test trends, returns, and vendor performance. May provide work leadership to lower level employees. A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and seven to nine years of quality engineering experience are required.
Project Manager
Responsible for the performance of relatively small technical projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (technical environment) experience.
Electrical Engineer, Associate
Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of electrical and electromechanical components, equipment, and machinery. May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignments. Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures to include but not limited to: wiring diagrams, PLC programming, ladder logic and the basic function of an electrical system. Relies on instructions, specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Test Technician Manufacturing
Performs relatively routine tasks related to the testing of raw materials, manufactured products (with an emphasis on electronic and/or electromechanical equipment) and manufacturing processes. Under supervision investigates and analyzes test failures. Documents the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate. Works with and assists in the development of established test procedures. Provides assistance in the areas of productibility, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement. High school diploma or equivalent, and one to two years of related experience are required.
Associates Degree in electronics based technology preferred – military technical experience acceptable.
Document Control Technician Associate
Under supervision, performs a variety of basic engineering documentation release functions to include updating microfilm files, verifying status of documentation and maintaining/updating general files. Uses various office equipment and technology. A high school diploma and 1-2 years or equivalent experience is required.
