Mechanical Engineer
       
Machine component design. 3D modeling with strong Inventor experience, conceptual design. Testing and reporting. ME degree desired, 5+ yrs experience. Permanent position plus benefits.



Administrative Assistant      

Performs basic level clerical and/or secretarial duties in support of a department, project or contract. May perform assignments including; filing, proofreading, compiling records, photocopying, distributing mail, taking messages, typing, entering data and operating office machines. Typing of at least, 55 WPM, with fewer than 5 errors. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of related experience.



Materials Control Coordinator       
   
Will coordinate a combination of two or more of the following: receiving, shipping, materials handling, warehousing or expediting. Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.  Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules.  Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.  Develops specifications for new contract orders.  Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.  Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.  Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience. 



Electrical Engineer, Associate

Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of electrical and electromechanical components, equipment, and machinery. May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignments. Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures to include but not limited to: wiring diagrams, PLC programming, ladder logic and the basic function of an electrical system. Relies on instructions, specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.



Principal QA Inspector

Performs source, receiving, in process and final inspection as required.  Monitors the flow of material through the inspection process.  Provides assistance to inspection personnel in the identification and resolution of problems encountered during hardware flow to ensure acceptable quality levels are maintained.  Performs first article inspections as required.  Works with Engineering during prototype, and pre-production builds.  Ensures that systems, process and follow-up audits are scheduled, performed, documented and completed on schedule and within budget.  Performs surveys as required.  May act as Team Leader for other inspectors and as such will provide on-site supervision, guidance and work assignments as directed by Management.  Requires High School diploma or equivalent and four to five years of experience. 



Welder

Under supervision, manufactures detailed parts and assemblies from blueprints, sketches, drawings and verbal instructions using a variety of tools and equipment and especially the joining of metals by welding or brazing.  Determines how to set up work area based on instructions received.  Operates metal removing and joining tools and machines and other supporting equipment often using mathematical calculations.  Some knowledge of metals and welding/brazing equipment is essential.  Requires High School diploma or equivalent, one year of technical school or involvement with an apprenticeship program and three to four years of shop experience.  Required skills:  SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW or GTAW. (MIG, TIG, Fluxcore)
